The AODA course is mandatory for all employees within your organization who interact in any capacity with your customers or clients. The term "customers or clients" refers to any person or company that accesses or receives your organization's services or products and does not apply to just those organizations who sell to or service the end user. It must be noted that training is required for any person who provides service to a client or customer in Ontario. This includes any out-of-province or offshore call centres, as an example. Any employee who develops, edits, or has any part of interacting with or creating your policies, practices, and procedures (e.g. HR staff/Senior management) must also be trained.
In order to meet the requirements for compliance purposes, employees will be presented with a post test after course completion and will receive a Certificate of Completion once they have attained a pass grade which can be customized to your corporate standards.
