Website Audits

Companies and organizations are jumping on the web in droves, creating their own representative websites. Certain large business and organizational websites must comply with the AODA's Information & Communication Standard (a component of the Integrated Standard) by as early as January 1, 2012. To determine if your organization is one that must adhere to this standard, please Contact Us.

In order for websites to meet this AODA standard, they must comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

WCAG 2.0 is an internationally recognized website accessibility guideline.

Global Learning can audit your public facing E-Commerce and Customer Care websites for compliance with WCAG 2.0 Level A using our accessibility auditing software to crawl through representative pages of your site(s). After the automated audit, a second, manual audit will be performed by one of our web accessibility auditors. These auditors are web developers themselves, so they truly understand the complexities of your website's code.

Once this process is complete, a report of legitimate errors or warnings will be produced by Global Learning and delivered to you for correction by your webmasters. Can't get past all of the "web lingo"? Contact Us today, and we can guide you toward understanding this process.
