Managing a Diverse WorkforceIncreasingly, managers are working within diverse and complex environments. Through a variety of interactive and self-reflective exercises, as well as a highly impactful videotape, participants will learn to recognize personal biases and stereotypes. They will also begin to understand other factors that may influence their perceptions and corresponding management abilities, including how cultural differences may lead to misunderstandings in the workplace.
