Assessment Tools

Global Learning's assessment tools are the best available on the market. They are easy to use and require a minimum amount of time. You can choose access via our Internet Delivery Service or simple paper format. They are comprehensible and have been validated for over 10 years by thousands of companies.

  • Individual Cultural Assessment identifies a set of attitudes and cultural predispositions individuals are likely to bring to cultural situations. Individuals are scored on six dimensions and receive a report containing a brief description of typical attitudes and behaviours, perspectives of people from both ends of the cultural continuum for each dimension, and suggestions for how to work effectively with people from the opposite end of the cultural continuum for each dimension.
  • Success Insights helps individuals to gain a greater knowledge of themselves as well as others by measuring HOW their qualities, skills and talents affect them naturally and within an organizational environment.
  • Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values measures actions motivation, attitudes, values, interests and empowerment. It explains WHY your behaviors and attitudes move you into action.
  • Attribute Index measures WILL the person do the job. Success, commitment, and follow-through are connected to a person's focus and clarity. What does the person pay attention to? How much energy does the person apply to accomplish goals? What are the candidate's or employee's basic capabilities? How can his or her strengths be maximized? This index indicates an individual's clarity and focus in performing the job.
  • 360 Feedback measures other people's perception and feedback on one specified person.
  • Career Planning measures HOW a person would choose to do the job. It provides a broad understanding of his or her work style.
  • Work Environment measures WHAT behavioral characteristics are needed for a particular job. It answers the question, "If the job could speak what would it say?" Matching the natural behavioral style of the person to the job will allow for less tension thus improving longevity and work performance.

The key is being able to scientifically measure the degree to which an individual focuses on a given dimension of thought. When this happens, we can understand what it is that leads people to do what they do.

The measure of individual excellence lies in the combination of a person's behaviors, values and attributes. The attributes the person values the most define what they will do on the job.

Previous studies have demonstrated that what people think about the most they will do, because they value what they are thinking about the most.
