Please note that our Anti-Harassment/Respect in the Workplace training programs are available in both classroom and Web-based formats. Creating a Harassment-Free WorkplaceWhen harassment occurs within a workplace, it can be destructive to both the individuals involved as well as to the organization as a whole. It can immediately replace a positive workplace climate with one of fear and distrust.
