Performance Management

We offer a variety of different Performance Management Programs.  One, entitled Performance Management, is geared specifically to non-supervisory employees.  The focus of this program is on the Performance Planning and Review process and the employee’s role in it. 

We also offer two programs designed specifically for managers.  One, entitled Managing Performance, focuses on the manager’s role in the Performance Planning and Review process.  The other, entitled Dealing with Performance Problems, teaches managers how to accurately assess and deal with performance issues in the workplace.
