Breanna Rothe is Global Learning’s research coordinator and writer. With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto, she has done extensive research using both qualitative and quantitative studies, focusing on areas of social inequality, family structures, gender equality and immigration. She has also spent a great deal of time writing about women in the workplace with regards to workplace social structures, tokenism and the gender wage gap.

Breanna’s ongoing passion for equality and diversity, in all facets of life, continues to motivate her to discover news ways of looking at how we can create more inclusive spaces within our society, both in business as well as in our personal lives.
