Diversity Moments™

’Diversity Moments’™ are a unique and innovative approach to “just in time” organizational learning. This creative and comprehensive series of on-line learning “vignettes’’ is designed to introduce the user to situational aspects of diversity and inclusion content. Concise and thoughtprovoking, these scenarios provide the learner with context, decision points, and a take-away in 3 to 5 minutes of interactive web-based training.

Webcast Series

In addition to full-length courses, Global Learning also offers a number of training programs that can be delivered as webcasts. This cost effective option allows a large number of geographically dispersed people to attend instructor-led training sessions.

Webcasts are interactive and can also be used as a blended learning solution in conjunction with classroom delivery and/or eLearning.

Each webcast session:

  • is designed to last no more than one hour and includes time built in to answer questions.
  • includes handouts, job aids, and/or worksheets to help participants transfer training to their jobs.
