Global Learning was founded in 1996 by CEO, Elaine Newman and is a privately-held, certified woman-owned organization. Her solid expertise in the field of strategic consulting and new markets led to the creation of this award-winning Human Resource learning and consulting company, recognized as a true innovator in the marketplace. Understanding the value of providing clients with thought-leadership and proven strategic methodologies, in combination with innovative learning tools, Elaine had the vision and foresight to create a firm that had the capacity to offer end-to-end solutions to their clients.
