The mission of Pride at Work is to support the work of LGBT Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), HR professionals, Diversity specialists, and allies, to effect positive change for LGBT employees in the workplace. The Governing Council accomplishes this by conceptualizing, planning, organizing, and facilitating both large- and small-scale programs which provide networking and educational opportunities on critical issues facing the LGBT workplace community.

Out & Equal™ Workplace Advocates

Out and EqualOut & Equal™ Workplace Advocates (commonly known as “Out & Equal”) provides a variety of services to companies, human resource professionals, employee resource groups (ERGs), and individuals.

Out & Equal™ Workplace Advocates champions safe and equitable workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people. They advocate building and strengthening successful organizations that value all employees, customers, and communities.

In addition to their annual Workplace Summit, Out & Equal™ offers Building Bridges Diversity Training specific to LGBT workplace issues, a national network of 18 regional affiliates, support to LGBT employee resource groups, monthly e-Newsletters, and individual donor and corporate sponsorship programs.
