As one of the most sought after DEIB training consultants, we realize the importance of an inclusive workplace better than other diversity consultant companies. Therefore, Global Learning, in partnership with its clients, creates a customized survey to capture and quantify key aspects of employee demographics. Our surveys are also structured to collect employee feedback on organizational culture, inclusivity, and engagement. Surveys are provided online and are mobile-friendly, secure, confidential, and anonymous. 

Survey Development

Global Learning, in partnership with its clients, creates a customized survey to capture and quantify key aspects of employee demographics. Our surveys are also structured to collect employee feedback on organizational culture, inclusivity, and engagement. Surveys are provided online and are mobile-friendly, secure, confidential, and anonymous.

Our surveys include demographic identity questions as well as carefully tailored organizational culture open-text and scaling questions to understand the employee experiences of DEIB within your organization. 

Basic Survey Reports

Firm-wide and location-specific results that include the number of responses provided for each question choice, and the subsequent percentage of that rate is compared to the overall total of firm-wide and location responses. All open-text responses are by theme and location. 

Basic Survey Reports are included in your survey project order and are available for viewing within 2 weeks of the closing of your survey.

Executive Summary Reports

Clients need to take a deeper dive into their data beyond the basic survey report. We provide a detailed analysis of survey results and employee survey comments with Global Learning commentary and insights on trends, benchmarking on equity group representation by sector, and best practice next steps and short-term recommendations.

Executive Summary Reports are available to your organization as part of your project scope and are available within 4 weeks of the closing of your survey.

Comparative Survey Reports

Firm-wide and/or location-specific results that pertain to intersectionality and/or a select demographic of your people are used to compare data across the firm or with other equity groups. These reports can bring your organization's current equity state to light and identify areas of critical change.

Comparison Survey Reports are available to your organization for an additional fee and are generally available within 3 weeks of the closing of your survey.

Demographic In-take Surveys

One of our newest data collection services, Demographic In-Take Surveys are now being offered by Global Learning. Our in-take surveys are administered to all firm-wide employees and all new hires upon entry into your organization. These surveys provide real-time data of your firms demographic make-up, which can then be used to meet supplier diversity requirements and can also account for promotions and departures from your firm.
