One of our newest offerings, at Global Learning, is our Employee Systems Review (ESR) service, which is a combination of all Global Learning DEIB policy and procedure reviews.

 

Our ESRs include the reviewing of every single people-focused policy within your organization, which may include hiring, retention, and promotion practices, your culture observation standards, and your respect and safety guidelines.

 

ESRs also include a firm-wide survey as well as strategically designated focus groups that allow Global Learning's experts to connect directly with your employees across all roles and locations. This is to ensure your DEIB current state is reflected completely within our review.

All ESRs culminate in a detailed, compliance-ready report outlining your organization’s current DEIB state, which identifies areas in need of addressing as well as the successes.
